Service Approach

The Project Management Institute (PMI) global standards provide the guidelines, rules and characteristics for project, program and portfolio management. These standards are widely accepted and have been very successful in the delivery of projects over the years.
Hybrid, Agile and/or Waterfall are primarily used by Latoya S. Dale, however the selection of the best suited methodology is highly dependent on the solution (s) being implemented, the type of project, the performing organization, the defined duration, budget and the availability of other applicable resources. Varying factors will dictate which methodology is best to administer for overall success.
The performing organization also plays an integral role in this success, as it requires their commitment to provide the requisite resources, whether its financial and/or otherwise.

Service Delivery

All projects delivered to date by Latoya S. Dale have had a 100% record of success. High quality service excellence is paramount and has been the underlying factor in substantial referrals received over the years. Key stakeholder commitment plays a significant part in achieving the right fit for purpose and the ultimate success.

Authentic support from the Executive level of the business, to the line staff, is the glue required, to realize the investment made in the project, to make it one of noteworthy value and pride. Developing built capacity in the project’s human resources through knowledge transfer and training (corporate or otherwise), makes the difference between success or failure. The human resource factor remains the lifeblood of each project.
