  • Provided strong project leadership and management in delivering specific aspects of the client’s strategic objective
  • Responsible for the leadership and coordination of both internal and external resources assigned to the project
  • Implemented defect-free technologies which met the agreed standards, taking into consideration, acceptable levels of variances
  • Developed a work breakdown structure, determined and communicated project team structure and responsibilities

Role: Product and External Services Contractual (“PEC”) – Program Manager

  • Lead and coordinated the preparation of the following project documents:
    • Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
    • Procurement Plan (PP)
    • Project Execution Plan (PEP)
    • Project Operating Manual (POM)
    • Detailed Budget
  • Preparation of Evaluation Report and Recommendation of candidates and submitted to IADB for their no-objection to fill the roles within the Project Execution Unit (PEU)
  • Arranged meetings of the Project Steering Committee, leading the preparation of reports, submissions and presentations and the taking of follow-up action
  • Lead and coordinated the preparation of the following reports, and forwarded to the Bank:
    • Semiannual Progress Report
    • Monthly Report & Work Plan
  • Prepared ad hoc status reports and projections as may be requested from time to time by competent authorities
  • Prepared materials and presentations for, host or participate in, and otherwise
    facilitated, the following events and activities:
    • Preparation of missions and other program monitoring or preparation meetings
