- Lead and coordinated the preparation of the following project documents:
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Procurement Plan (PP)
- Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Project Operating Manual (POM)
- Detailed Budget
- Preparation of Evaluation Report and Recommendation of candidates and submitted to IADB for their no-objection to fill the roles within the Project Execution Unit (PEU)
- Arranged meetings of the Project Steering Committee, leading the preparation of reports, submissions and presentations and the taking of follow-up action
